Meet your teacher, Carla!
Carla is a vegan/plant-based food cooking enthusiast who perfected her skills during four years of world travel. Her experiences cooking in diverse settings, such as yoga centres, in restaurants, on organic farms and learning generational secrets in countless family kitchens around the world has solidified her passion for plant-based foods. Her focus is on teaching cooking with simple, quality, wholefood ingredients, highlighting the organic farm-to-table experience and helping you build a connection with the foods you eat.
Back in Canada, she wants to share this extensive knowledge with other like-minded people, in person and online, pairing it with her personal stories and bringing in elements of culture, tradition… and fun!
